¤The main body is constructed with welded steel to provide structural integrity and loading 

    support.

¤The slider has high accuracy on guiding and re-direction and when under eccentric loading

  or maximum pressing pressure, the slider ensures the upper and lower dies are centrally aligned. 

¤Under maximum loading, the deformation only occurs along the blanking direction.

¤The blanking force, blank holder force and ejection force are controlled and adjusted 

   separately. 

¤After surface hardening treatment, the guide rail has high wear resistance and anti-

   scuffing capacity. 

¤The mechanical and electrical double positioning detection system is designed to 

  guarantee the high accuracy of repeatability.
